Wakayama Factory

As a manufacturing division of a chemical manufacturer, one of our important roles is to reduce the risks associated with handling hazardous materials. We will obtain ISO 45001 certification in fiscal year 2023, and are implementing near miss and KYT activities throughout the plant in our daily work.

This enables us to identify hazardous work tasks and share information to enhance work safety and promote improvement activities such as increasing work efficiency.
In addition, to provide a safe and comfortable environment for manufacturing staff and surrounding residents, we have installed large deodorizing equipment and succeeded in removing 90% of the flammable gases that cause odors. We aim to create a more comfortable working environment by improving product quality and production efficiency through improvements to work and the environment.

Fukui Factory

The Fukui Factory strives to operate with safety, quality and environmental management systems in place, with the goal of satisfying customers through the provision of safe, high-quality products and services.

1. We have acquired ISO45001 certification in order to ensure a safe working environment and minimize the risk of workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, and we operate our factories with safety as our number one priority.
2. In terms of quality control, we are training personnel who can standardize procedures and ensure quality so that work is done according to accurate procedures. We are also focusing on reducing work losses by automating and visualizing data entry and acquisition in the production process.
3. As part of our efforts to become carbon neutral, we are working to reduce CO2 emissions and waste generation.

Process Development Room

The Process Development Department promotes automation and labor saving for DX (digital transformation) of production facilities and designs efficient production facilities. In addition, we contribute to the construction of sustainable facilities that meet the SDGs through designs that emphasize safety and reliability.

For the development of new products, we are working on improving the design of production equipment and control software using PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) to improve safety and productivity. Through these efforts, we aim to realize a better production environment, and to further improve product quality, we are working to achieve a paperless system by collecting and managing data on manufacturing conditions.
