General Affairs Department
The General Affairs Department is responsible for all of the company’s core administrative tasks, including general affairs, human resources (recruitment and training), public relations, labor, and accounting.
By properly managing various internal resources and proactively resolving problems, we work to improve employee satisfaction, contribute to business development, and revitalize the company.
Even though we do not make or sell anything, we approach each task with a sense of mission, knowing that we are supporting business activities from the ground up.
Procurement Department
As a manufacturer, stable procurement of raw materials is essential to ensure a stable supply of products. Three elements are important for stable procurement: quality, supply capacity, and price. Therefore, in order to ensure stable quality, we manage trends in the analytical data of purchased raw materials, detect changes early, and check for process abnormalities, process changes, or changes in raw materials. In addition, to ensure stable supply, we are strengthening our system of procurement from multiple suppliers. Furthermore, in order to maintain price stability, we are investigating the market background of raw materials and deepening our understanding of price trends.
Through these operations, we strive to share information closely with raw material manufacturers and build a strong cooperative relationship based on an equal relationship, so that we can respond to unexpected situations such as disasters, accidents, and changes in policy by raw material manufacturers.
Quality Assurance Department
The Quality Assurance Department plays a wide range of roles in order to ensure product quality and provide products that customers can trust. Specifically, the department inspects products, issues inspection slips, maintains and manages control charts, and is also responsible for the proper management of standard equipment and measuring instruments used during product inspection. In addition, in the event of non-conformity such as non-standard products or abnormalities in control charts, the department works to quickly resolve the issue at an SQE meeting. In addition to quality-related tasks including ISO secretariat, the department also manages legal and intellectual property affairs, creates and manages delivery specifications and SDS, and thoroughly responds to laws and regulations and substance content surveys to ensure product quality assurance.
This enables us to deliver safe, high-quality products to our customers.

Safety and Environment Office
The Safety and Environment Office aims to contribute to society by creating a safe, secure and healthy workplace in compliance with laws and regulations, as well as working toward carbon neutrality and the SDGs.
It has been about five years since our company established the “Safety and Environment Office” based on past failures, experiences, and lessons learned. When we first started, we only had to learn in order to acquire knowledge, even though it was our field of expertise, but now, with the mottos of “safety first” and “preservation of the global environment,” all staff members work with a sense of mission to support the organization from the ground up by creating healthy employees and a healthy workplace, clean operations, and complying with laws and regulations.
In the future, we will strive to foster a culture of safety by identifying and improving sources of danger through risk assessment, and to achieve environmental conservation management through environmental impact assessment.
